I recently visited MB for brake repair, and while the quality of service was satisfactory, I want to share my experience regarding the wait time. I brought my car in for brake repair, expecting the service to be completed within a few hours (4 hrs) Unfortunately, I ended up waiting much longer than anticipated (3.75 hrs more) The estimated time for completion was extended multiple times, which was inconvenient and disrupted my schedule. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, clearer communication about the timeline would have been appreciated. It would have been helpful to receive updates or alternatives to manage the extended wait. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the service team, but I hope the dealership can work on improving communication and managing expectations regarding service timelines.
