My review goes beyond the stars I can give here. Ryan and Rusty from Capital Lending were heaven-sent! I had another lender working my financials for a few weeks. When I received the closing statement, I was shocked by the fees and the amount I had to bring at closing. I was feeling despair and didn't know what to do because the closing day was approaching quickly and I needed to find another lending option asap.
