They print me a treatment plan for a total of $594 -i have insurance and that would cover most of the cost(total would be $4101). Came here for my appointment, everything is ready, im seated on the chair and we are about to start when they mention: ooh by the way this wasnt included on your plan but we have to charge you something extra, that would be $60 per tooth and your insurance wouldnt cover, but dont worry, it wont add too much to your total I told them to dont start doing anything before i get the actual cost of the plan and to print it for me. The new total would make me pay $1800 which would be TRIPLE THE AMOUNT the treatment plan which was given to me. When i asked to print the new total and the detailed information i was mentioned that their computer was acting up and they wouldn't be able to do that, but i could see it on their screen. Told them i was not going to do anything there and asked to please email me my X-Rays which had already been paid through my insurance. One more time it was mentioned that their computer is acting up but they will send me through email. -I still havent received anything.

I drive all the way from Boynton Beach for Dr Chatani, she is The BEST Pediatric Dentist for my babies. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish. Cant beat the big screen tv with sound in the waiting room either
