I needed a manual for a specific bed. After searching, I came across SunalParts.com. They had the manual, free of charge. You do have to add it to your cart and check out, as if it did cost something but no card information has to be entered.
I received a confirmation email minutes after checking out but no link to download. I called and spoke with Andy to verify that they had received my order. He was actually working on it at the time of my call. He reassured me that I would be getting an email shortly and thanked me for the order. Less than 5 minutes later, I got the manual in my inbox and a link to leave a review.
All in all, it took about 30 mins from the time I checked out to the time i was looking through the manual. 5 stars for the speed of service and quick responses. Awesome job Andy!
