Bonnie is a financial whiz! Yes she is busy and may take a bit to get back to you but she is so worth the wait. Planning ahead and communicating with the front desk has been successful for me. As a first year small business owner she has helped guide me and is keeping my quickbooks on track. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was my first time using an accountant to file my taxes, as it was my first year as a small business owner. Never again, at least not here. I could have gone in before needing an extension, but was encouraged to do it anyway, so I did. I was told there were no penalties associated with an extension, but they failed to relay to me if I owed money, and didn't pay it before the regular due date, there would be financial penalties. Long story short, it cost me an extra 500 dollars. I sent emails asking about these penalties and she has never gotten back to me. The woman that works the front desk is a sweetheart though.
