We love Coastal, we have been using them for years across multiple restaurants and their customer service is second to none. They have helped us out of some sticky situations and are nothing but professionals. Couldnt recommend them more.

My wife and I were under contract with this company to replace our septic system as part of us purchasing our first home due to one of our tanks not passing inspection. They grossly underestimated the costs of our replacement and ultimately we decided to cancel do to the spiraling costs and extremely poor communication in behalf of the company. Their original estimate was off by $3,000 dollars. At this point we continued with the replacement process since they assured us that we would not need pumps for the system which were potentially needed and we were budgeting for as the pumps were a variable cost that they would not be able to put on the original estimate. This however turned out to be completely false as they had not done the measuring and shooting until months later and the pumps were still potentially needed. There was poor communication on when they were coming to the property to perform site visits on several occasions. Outside of a rough timeline which was given with the original contract, there were numerous occasions were workers showed up without proper notice. They did not call prior to coming out or even knock at the door to let us know they were at our property. I only happened to be home with the technicians who informed me that our landscaping and three trees in the front of the yard would need to be removed of the old drain field and tank. I would not recommend this company for septic system replacements. They were negligent in there original estimate, exhibited poor communication, and were misleading by telling us that we would not need a pump at a critical decision making point for the revised contract. All of this is my personal opinion based on my interactions with the company.
