One of the best companies I've dealt with. My husband and I had been working with Tristan for a little over a year trying to find a home for our family. They have a very wide selection of homes for just about any budget and are super transparent on pricing and specifications of the homes. Any question that I had was quickly answered. We were initially referred to them by our neighbors who were also very happy with their home which was installed in record time. Due to a new job offer in another state, we weren't able to finalize a deal, but I am very excited to learn that this company also sells homes where we'll be moving.

My wife and I went in to discuss purchasing a mobile home to move onto our land and were met with complete disregard almost bordering disdain. We were made to feel as if the staff had no time nor the desire to provide us with any information on the homes unless you were a young single female. (The sales reps couldn't help her fast enough). We were sent out to look through homes with no guidance. During our self guided tour we noticed a strange smell in more than one model, and none of the models had any information detailing what model of home we were currently in. As you may guess we took our business down the street to the direct competition. (Home Nation).. We were immediately greeted with a handshake and a smile. Raphael at Home Nation was extremely helpful and took us through all of the homes we were interested in. Home Nation comes highly recommended for quality service with homes at all price points. Including deer Valley homes.

Update 2 more months and at a standstill they fixed drywall finally only problem they should have fixed electrical first so now have to wait on drywall again and can't get C/O until everything is done ... it's not like they had to build from scatch..could have had a house built faster.. my friend is still juggling somewhere to stay. Mobile was paid in full ( FIRST MISTAKE) THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY SO NO RUSH... Friend is spending savings to pay rent he shouldn't have!!! If Kendall tells you it will be deliver to site in 2 days don't get your hope up just means they drop it on site then put you on hold for months... this should be illegal... Ps they finally but skirting up and it's the wrong siding friend said it should have been the foe rock but they just put standard and he's tired of fighting he just wants his house!!!! Will post again if it's ever done!!! Waiting for a friend's mobile to be set up after 2 months of missed install dates called county and permits had not even been applied for...still waiting.....
