I purchased a new tiny home from Park Avenue out of Indiana. It is wired for a mini split. I purchased a mini split because they could not get them at that time. Cool Guys told me they would not install because They did not sell me the equipment.

If there is anyone more dedicated to helping our community, I would be shocked. These guys are spectacular. We called them when one of our boys' furnace went out. He was told by another company that it was not safe to turn the current furnace back on and that it would be FEBRUARY before they could get out to put in a new furnace. So I got involved and called Cool Guyz who has helped us with our business heat/air needs in the past. In true form, they had a furnace ordered and ready to be installed within 2 days. Wowza...right?!?!?! There's still more to this story. The furnace arrive a little later in the day then planned but they had committed to installing the furnace that day. So they showed up at the house at 5 in the evening and worked until almost midnight to make sure it was installed and the kids house was nice and warm. Instead of blowing him off and showing up weeks later, they stayed until the wee hours of the night and got the job done!!! I will also mention that the price was significantly less than we were quoted by another company. Service, quality, and dedication makes them the best Heat/Air company in town. Thank You Thank You Thank You a million times over!
