We stayed forn two nights in December. The rooms were small and our AC was malfunctioning. We got housekeeping, laundry and breakfast all for free. The parking lot is small. The inn consists of a main building and an annexe. It has two floors and no elevator. The pool was closed when we stayed. The rooms are NOT American-style, with this inn using an Arabic-style layout ('L" shaped building with an outdoor perimetric hallway and two inner hallways that meet in the middle. The location offers quick access to State Road 520 (west King Street) and Interstate 95 on Exit 201.
Rooms: The rooms have a bathroom, a television and two queen-size beds.

My family and I love going to Cocoa Beach every year, we made reservations for 2 days at Best Western. BAD IDEA!!
When we arrived on June 3rd we checked in around 9-10am at the front desk, they told us the room was not available yetand advised us to check in or call later. So we went back to the front desk at 12pm because they never called us. There were other guests checking in and given their rooms, but when we checked in they told us our room wasnt ready.
At 4pm we were about to go to another hotel but then we decided to call 1 800 Best Western number. SMH.
We spoke to a male rep and we explained our situation. The rep told us it wasnt the hotels fault but ours because we arrived early. He was disrespectful, rude and raise his voice at me over the phone. He said that the call wasnt monitored so he could say what he wanted to. So I cut the conversation and I told himI hope you have a better day.
All the sudden at 4pm the front desk calls me that our room was ready and apologized for the inconvenience. Unbelievable!!
We planned to stay for 2 nights, after what we went through, we stayed only 1 night. It was the worst day ever.
By the way, we spoke to the manager, didnt help at all!
Therefore, we will NOT recommend Best Western hotels to our family and friends.
WORST Customer service EVER!!
