Kathleen Davies was recommended to me by a paralegal (an Angel from heaven) from a different Law firm over 13 years ago. She represented me and my three properties during the 2008 housing market crash: A MAJOR CRISIS IN MY LIFE!!! She was a true Godsend helping me get through two foreclosures and two bankruptcies, (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 to save one of my investment properties). I managed to stay in my Homestead property with an awesome offer from the bank. She also assisted me with my third property through the Short Sale process. This NIGHTMARE ordeal took over 8 1/2 years to finalize! During the entire time, she was very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the law, a respectful person in court, always kept me informed and most of all a true Guardian!! Even though she no longer practices foreclosure and bankruptcy Law, I didn't hesitate to recommend my assistant which was in need of trustworthy attorney! Kathleen represented her because she was injured in a car accident. A couple of years ago, a sub-contractor of our construction company was recommended to Ms. Davies from the builder of the property we worked on; SMALL WORLD!! YOU WILL BE IN GREAT HANDS...!!! JQ

The Davies Law firm helped me with my bankruptcy in 2009 and i remember that Mrs. Davies worked with me from 3pm until 11pm to get all the information to submit for my BK. Her and her staff kept me up to date, well informed, and made me feel very comfortable with one of the most emotional decisions I had to make. they worked with me in this manner for almost 5 years until I was complete with my BK. She is truly an amazing attorney and she leads by example from the way her staff treated me. I would highly recommend her and still do when someone needs a great attorney.
