Dunkin'

The staff at this Dunkin are phenomenal. Tyler and his crew are always pleasant, courteous and at any time of the day, are friendly!!! I'm a retired Sbux person- I don't even go out of my way to ho to Sbux now. This Dunkin does it right!!!

This place is horrible. The restaurant is disgusting and dirty, the drive thru is incredibly slow and the service is horrible. I tried to call down there to get a manager on the phone about an issue. The phone rang about 20 times and was answered without even stating the person's name. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they "couldn't give out any information" and that I would need to come to their store "sometime tomorrow" when the manager is in to ask a simple question. When I asked why they couldn't give even their manager's name, they hung up on me mid-sentence. Fantastic customer service Dunkin.

I stopped to use the toilet and bought some munkin, they were not fresh, they felt hard.

Great coffee and great fast food! Service was ok but overall everything was acceptable.
