Since they keep asking me for a review since I bought my daughters car there back in April here it goes. To start, the online price vs the price when we were making the purchase was $10k more than advertised online, unfortunately this place was the only dealer in 5 states I looked that had the car I wanted or else I would have walked, the salesman walked us through his own 5 star review on a link he sent to us meaning he basically did the review for himself on our phone (my wifes to be exact), the finance guys english was so bad I didn't catch a word he was saying, he was very pushy and had to tell him no when he kept trying to up sell extra stuff for the car, I brought the car in a few weeks back to have the oil change done, it had been 7 months since we bought it so I scheduled an appointment to change the oil, rotate tires etc and when we arrived the service advisor told us because she (my daughter) had no hit 7500 miles or 1 year they would not be changing the oil, even after I found that to be ridiculous and said change it anyway and they refused saying its not needed, I left and called 3 different kia dealers service managers, Greenway Kia, Bev Smith Kia, Boniface Hiers Kia, and they all said its 6 months regardless of miles even on full synthetic, so I also know we bought the extra package so she didn't have to pay so whats the issue? I took it to Greenway Kia and the service writer there took great care of us and did exactly what I asked him to do, change the oil, rotate the tires and without hesitation he ordered the parts for the recall and I didn't even have to ask. Whatever package it was that I bought for my daughters car is basically free money for Jackson Kia because ill never be back. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because there was a salesman who I spoke with prior to coming in that was super helpful and nice but unfortunately was not there the day I arrived to purchase the vehicle, I got stuck with a guy (im bad with names) that basically gave himself a 5 star review using my wifes phone now stop sending me reminders to review your dealer.

Good friendly service but it was super slow. I had an appointment and I was told it would take about an hour and a half to get an oil change and a system update on my car. I ended up being there for over two hours.

Kia on 192 has definitely fallen off the mark. Maybe all new people with one experienced service rep left me and two other customers waiting & wondering if the service we came in for was actually performed. The last two times they tried charging me between $130 & $200 for oil changes & services covered under my maintenance, lifetime warranty. They offer free car washes, but do not do them, and actually chipped the paint on my hood. I know because I examined the hood before service to see if they would do the car wash, and instead I got a chipped hood. I will have to try & arrange a new dealer service location. Sorry Tiger. It seems you're now working around growing problems.
