WARNING! My husband scraped his car while driving out our garage. We took it to Final Finish and after they finished said they could not do the electrical work?? We paid over $600 and immediately took it to our repair facility. The repair facility put in an affidavit that the paint work had debris in the paint, top coat has sand swirls and is very pitted, found over spray all over and the fender now needs the insert replaced due to the damaged retainer clips. We contacted Final Finish and they did not return our calls until we sent them an email. They said they would check it out but never did and we had to have the work they did repaired in addition to more damage they did while attempting to repair the vehicle. Our new bill for the repair of the damage they did to our car costs us over $2,000. They other body shop had to undo what Final Finish did and correct the damage they did while attempting to make repairs. We believe FINAL FINISH took advantage of us because of our age and would warn anyone of this business. We were given the replaced parts that were damaged by Final Finish for further action.
