        First let me say this is my opinion! My opinion is not cause harm towards this establishment! This place needs a MAJOR upgrade! The amenities in this place is outdated! First the units was clean.. but the furniture was stained.. even had some greasy dishes that was placed in the drawers. The fourth floor smelled like GAS! The washer and dryers are despicable! Old and rusted to the max! Our towels came out more dirtier than before! It was just so much wrong I dont know where to begin! The toaster in the kitchen was even rusty in the inside! Whoever owns this place dont care about nothing but cashing in! Whoever likes this place to stay must be used to staying in a trailer park.. You have to bring your luggage up to your rooms using a shopping basket.. The bedroom doesnt have an actual light.. you have to use a little lamp. The hot water is so mid.. Luke warm only... Please avoid this place.. it will save you the experience!

      Kee, thank you for the feedback. Each unit is independently owned, so we are not sure which unit you stayed in (and each unit will vary based on the upgrades the owner has made - many of them are very recently upgraded and quite luxurious). We believe Cocoa Beach Towers is one of the best maintained properties in the area and receive considerable positive feedback about the building, grounds, pool, etc. We will look into those items and are sorry to hear your stay did not live up to your expectations.
