We have bought or sold 8 properties over the last 30 years and used a variety of realtors. Cathy is simply the best. We found her when we stumbled upon her detailed and helpful analysis of the Brevard County real estate market. We were buying a condo from out of state and found her advice to be very insightful. After listening to our desires, she suggested a condo that wasn't even on our radar after numerous searches, and it ended up being the one we purchased (almost 10% under asking price, BTW). Virtual/out of town searching and coordination was easy. With Cathy, it's personal and practical. You won't get some big-name flashy sales experience. She is smart, matter of fact, responsive and just overall great to deal with. Bottom line: she wants you to be happy, knows what she is doing and will leave you satisfied with your experience. Cathy was amazing during the process of buying our new house and selling our existing home. We were completely overwhelmed with the idea of moving after 25 years in the same place. I dont know what we would have done without her in our corner managing the purchase of our new home. It was a complicated deal, as the sellers had several significant issues that needed to be resolved before it was finalized. Cathy was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive as she guided us through negotiations. Additionally, we really liked that she is an agent/broker so she didnt have to coordinate with a supervisor. Cathy also helped us to get our full asking price for our home by providing us with a thorough CMA and advice on how to best prepare the property for sale. Our home was barely on the market before we had a contract. We were very impressed with Cathys responsiveness to our questions and definitely felt that we were in good hands. We were delighted with our experience and enthusiastically recommend her services whether you are buying or selling real estate.
