I recently was shown a rental property by an employee Danielle whom was nice in the beginning, and even aloud me to hold the place with a small deposit, until i downsized my current home throughout the month. Well after a month of selling and throwing out things i could of kept i was told at the last minute that I was aggressive, and that she did not want to have her client deal with someone like me. umm okay, i just so happen to save all the texts, no where was i being aggressive. Just a scam is what it is. Over two weeks later and to this date of this review i have never received a deposit from the realtor, landlord or the company. Sad if a realtor company in Brevard County has to take someone for a small deposit or the employee steals it. Do not trust them, get everything signed and documented. Granted this was just an apartment, imagine if it were more, who knows they probably would find a way to scam you out of money buying a home. Danielle has a wonton disregard for her job and her social skills with clients needs work. They get one star and don't even deserve that.
