        Out of the blue, our condo insurance was cancelled by Allstate. Never had a claim. Also, our building has had many safety upgrade. Lighthouse was recommended by neighbors. She found a policy that with the wind mitigation inspection saved us $500 over last years premium. We also purchased an umbrella policy for less than we had paid three years ago
