        Nice location. Decent property. Terrible experience if you have kids. Stay away if you dont know what an association is. Well this is it. Literally 7:30pm and kids 4-8 getting yelled at by a grumpy old resident or possibly a guest or snowbird to get out of the pool. Its so disappointing. Could have been a great experience. But people wanting to rent for spring break gains. Get cranky when jeopardy and wheel of fortune is disrupted after dinner is exactly what you get. So sad. Keep your community private if thats what you all want. Everyone would be happier. Dont rent here if youre under 65, Or over and enjoy sunset. Blah.
