Greyhound: Bus Stop

If you have a schedule to keep do not use this bus company this is the second time I have had problems with greyhound. The first time the bus skipped the stop of the person i was suppose to be picking up and i had to drive an hour and a half to go get them and all greyhound would tell me is they camt do anything about it. This time i booked my bus fir 1:15 the only time they had a bus leaving and now I'm being told they wont be here until 2:45 amd they wont even give me a reason. I will never use greyhound again. Megabus will get the rest of my business. Update: still no bus. Apparently they will be here at three. This is what my $266 paid for.

I read the review below about the customer saying the bus did not show up twice and figured he must have been late or at the wrong pickup location. I booked my ticket on line and prepaid for it. This is not a station pick up, it is what they call curbside. I went to the exact location in the Walmart shown on the Greyhound website and downloaded the app. There are no signs in the Walmart Parking lot. I stood on the mark indicated and waited. The bus pulled through the outer parking lot about 500 yards from where I stood. I assumed he was going to loop around and pick me up. He slowed to a stop in the outer parking lot. I started to have a bad feeling recalling the negative reviews. So I grabbed my luggage and begin to sprint across the parking lot towards the bus. Sure enough, after about 60 seconds the bus pulled away, and never slowed down. I immediately googled a phone number for Greyhound and called. It was disconnected. . 4 days later I still have not found a number to call. I never take Greyhound, but this was an emergency, to get to a flight in Ft Myers. Megabus has got to provide better service, if it’s available.
