        I gave 1 star and if I could have given 0 stars I would. I went in there today because my car told me my key battery was low. I am a 72 year old lady and had no idea what to do. The man told me they arent allowed to open the key cover. I said well can you at least show me what to do? His reply was go look it up on u tube. Ill never go back!!! Went right accross the street to auto zone and it was fixed within 5 minutes
