My car died last night. I tried jumping it, but the battery was completely dead. My insurance company sent Stans Pros out of Clermont, and every interaction I had with them was great. Lisa was super friendly and helpful, and the tow truck driver (I can't remember his name) was really friendly, arrived on time, and figured out the problem was with a loose battery connection rather than some other issue. Saved me so much time and money, and I didn't even need to get towed. I'm super grateful!

Things happen and sometimes you need a tow. This local tow service is friendly and professional. Lisa & Doug were extremely kind & helpful.

Wow! I have never seen someone pull my SUV onto a flatbed so smooth and quick! Doug was efficient, professional and polite. I didnt have any cash on me or I would have left him a tip. I hope this reaches you Doug! I will be contacting this company again for any future tows. They are way better than AAA.

I needed a tow. They said it would be an hour. So I went to work. They were supposed to call when they were on the way. They never called. Its effecting my work waiting on them. And I lost money. I call an hour and a half thinking they were just running late. When I called it was already towed, but no one called. The receptionist said they were supposed to call and she thought it was funny they didnt call and she laughed about it. Thats my time and money lost. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
