Scates Realty is literally the best management company anyone could ever ask for. We are going on our 3rd house managed by Scates and Claire is one of the best humans on this planet. She has stuck with us and put us in phenomenal homes as continuing clients. We love Claire and we love Scates. Absolutely amazing people to work with.

03/23: One month after my one star review. Its unfortunate you reply not after I left an one star review but after getting a notification from HUD. I did not harass anybody, I was told my application was going to be submitted in that moment, therefore I didnt know that there was an application prior to mine; also the property was available on the market for a month after I applied for it. You didnt remind me anything because you didnt pick up my calls and my phone number was blocked! I told your staff I have an infant and zero help to move, so I needed to be updated on the process and I could organize my life. You simply refund the application fee and apologize for the inconvenience. Inconvenience that I had ONE week to find a new place. It was so stressful that my milk supply almost dried up (I was and still exclusively breastfeeding). Zero respect or empathy... and now distorted words to make me look like the bad guy. But I have proof of everything and you will learn to respect people, one way or the other. That shows how unprofessional you are. Good luck
