Drain Masters II came out immediately in response to a sewage backup in our downstairs bathroom. They were able to stop the issue, identify what was causing it, and fix it right away. They provided peace of mind in an otherwise stressful situation. I would highly recommend their services.

Wayne from Drain Masters II helped us with a disastrous pipe issue where the sewage had backed up into our downstairs cellar bathroom. He immediately came out and stopped the sewage from backing into the bathroom. He then returned the next day to assess the problem. It was a large job, and was completely fixed two days later. We had a Friday morning nightmare involving both bathrooms with no one able to come out until Monday. Problem solved when i found Drain Master II who arrived in 45 minutes and solved the problem. Amazing job....works clean , even put on new wax seal( others don't). I would highly recommend this company!!

After a massive late-night drain backup Drain Masters was one of the few plumbers to actually call me back. Wayne was at my house first thing in the morning and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and got the water flowing again. I cannot recommend Drain Masters enough. Hopefully I wont have to call a plumber again, but if I do Drain Masters will be the first number I dial! Thank you Wayne for taking such good care of us.
