I had an excellent experience purchasing my home with Yolanda! I sent her a list of 4 houses I wanted to see and what day I was available. She arranged appointments for each of those viewings one hour after the other, and even got a last-second appointment on a house I searched while we were on the road. Yolanda provided candid opinions on all the houses we saw. I never felt pressured to like a house. On the contrary, on a couple occasions she flat out told me the house was no good and that we should move on to the next. The last house we saw that day was the winner. By the next day she put a contract on the house for me. In todays market its important to move quickly- Yolanda will get it done for you!
