    Service has totally gone down hill since last year. Been waiting days for them to call me back about making an appointment. I am on the phone now with them, they asked me to hold while they take care of someone else?? Why do that??? I told her No and she still put me on hold anyway.. Customer service at its finest. Let's see how long I wait for her to come back on the line.

    I have had MRIs, Ultrasounds, mammograms, ultrasound mammograms and they are so kind here. They work super hard. I love the front desk and the techs. Actually, and all the times Ive been here Ive never had an unkind person. And now Ive seen many people be unkind to them, and I feel so bad for them. Sometimes theyre understaffed for the sheer amount of population. But they do it always with a smile. This is my go to whenever a doctor wants some kind of test. I always request this specific location.

    The staff here are very friendly and professional. They offer a stand up MRI which is so much better than the cramped tunnel MRI.

    As I write this, I have been on hold listening to their annoying automated message for over 30 minutes. The automated message says rather than wait on hold you can receive a callback when its your place in queue. Or you can use their live chat. I tried both once and the callback came the next day. No one ever responded to the live chat. Heres the thing- if your call volume is ALWAYS higher than normal, that high call volume is the new normal. It isnt higher than normal, you are just always understaffed to handle your call volume. The staff at both locations are great once you get there but scheduling appointments leaves a lot to be desired.

    Customer service stinks, billing department stinks. They don't answer the phones and don't want to ro "over exert" themselves to help figure out your coverage. From here on out will be finding a new radiologist to manage my 17 year old daughter's tumors. Never again.
