        3 times now they have cancelled my appointment. Every time I go to rebook the next appointment is between 4 to 6 weeks away. Called and was told we will call you back but they never do. Orlando Health is horrible. Time for a new provider!

        They have no professionalism, they are of no use, they charged me 50 dollars for the handicapped card and I went to have the paper done three times and the fourth time they did it to me it didn't work either, there is an error, oh my goodness, I am disabled and I don't have my card, it gave me courage and I crumpled the damn paper without being able to work, a family member gave me the money so they could keep it, that's not valid.

        Very bad place and some people have horrible service." Very unprofessional, it's like consulting yourself and self-medicating. The staff is horrible in their service, there is no sensitivity for the patient!
