So I've been an agent at Bankers Sarasota for 6 months now. I was recruited by Pat, and interviewed with Hasan. I was weary at first being that it is a commission only job, but I've done extremely well here for being fresh in the industry. I absolutely love being here. If you're lazy, this isn't the job for you. Your paycheck directly reflects your productivity. The management and office staff are second to none here. Bad reviews are typically left by those who can't make the cut. They wouldn't have survived here anyway with such a negative outlook. Bankers is NOT A SCAM. The money I make is most definitely real, and so are the families I help.
