        Beautiful home. Communication is a huge opportunity from the construction team. They have an opportunity when it comes to attention to detail and with follow up. Be prepared for multiple no call no shows. Ensure you get your own home inspection report prior to purchase. Love the neighborhood, everyone seems so nice !

        Pulte is a disgrace. Please go with Landsea. Anthony and the Pulte sales team is an absolute disgrace. Absolutely no communication for months until it was time to close. Will be going to court to collect deposit.
