        My parents bought a new construction home from Taylor Morrison and all I can say is there is 0 quality in their homes. For a brand new house, all they have are problems. The paint job, trim, tiling and caulking were all done HORRIBLY. The house was supposed to be ready in August 2022, only to be delivered in January 2023. Dont trust what they tell you, because all they do is talk but no action is actually done. Their house was rushed to be done and 5 months after closing on the house, contractors and painters still have to come to fix all the sloppy work that was done in the first place, but even the new contractors and painters do a terrible job. The walls and doors look like a five year old painted. All in all, DO NOT buy a house from this company.
