Clermont Lakes Dental care is outstanding. Dr Wakim and Mel made me feel welcomed and provided me with excellent care. I have never been to such a friendly, professional and caring dental practice. For once I was given a choice on my dental care instead of someone telling me what needs to be done and charging me high prices. We are so happy to find this new dentist in Clermont. We will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended. They even made my crown while I waited instead of having to waste my time coming back. Thank you Dr Wakim and Mel for taking such good care of me with no pain involved.

I recently switched dentists to Clermont Lakes Dental Care.The entire staff was friendly, caring, professional and efficient. I was checked in by Jennfier who made the process very simple and made me feel welcomed. She also processed me out and provided me with the answers to all questions I had. She made me feel so at ease. She is so professional. Camilla took care of all of the xrays and did a wonderful job. She was so efficient and pleasant Tammi took care of all the preventive dentistry, teeth cleaning and dental exams. She was extremely careful, attentive and very capable.It was the best review and cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Wakim went into detail on all aspects and findings from the review by Tammi and the xrays. He explained in detail the options and did so in a very competent and caring manner. The whole process from checking in to processing out made me respected and thrilled to now being a patient. John Mandia

Finding dentistry care isnt difficult at all but to find a practice that treats you as an individual Vs a mouth cash register is hard to find. Its surprising to see the amount of professionalism and up to date technology/procedures wrapped around, what feels like, the town Dentist. I have to pass at least 3-Dentists to get to this one, in addition to one within walking distance, and travel is still not a thought until just now still dont care. My family feels at home when we visit and the Team naturally does everything to make sure of this. I swear you become a part of their family when you walk through the doors. They know me, my wife, and kids the sincerity when they ask me how theyre doing is genuine and only comes from getting to KNOW your patients through convo, and laughs of course. The wholesomeness got to the point theyre included with my family and friends to receive a batch of cookies when I bake them. I ask Dr Wakim and Tammy questions, I get educated and put at ease with any concerns. It took at least 3 years of search to settle down with a Dentistry I dont feel anxious about when walking into my appointments. I got a root canal and crown same day (yeah my dude Dr wakim makes the crowns on prem and you get to watch the machine make it) and the experience felt like I got it done at home. I can keep going but just recommend anyone reading this to go find out for themselves I found our familys family-Dentistry and like feeding a stray cat, theyre not getting rid of us at this rate.

Honestly wished I could leave a better review but this just put me off. I came in for a broken retainer and they had an appointment same day. Great it's a quick 10 min fix if that I've had it done before. I was told it was $101 to fix the retainer and they said you pay when you leave. Ok deal. 2 and a half hours later the inside of my mouth is in pain from the x ray machine and all the rods they had to put in my mouth I was literally upsold on everything including invisilign (I HAVE STRAIGHT TEETH) and when I went to pay they wanted me to sign a paper saying they told me my dental plan going further my dental work would be nearly 3000. I just wanted my retainer fixed. I knew it was a sales tactic when the room next to me was getting the same invisilign speech. Anyways I declined to sign anything and still ended up paying 300 for what was suppose to be 100 and two days later my retainer popped after his "FIX" he didn't really want to fix. So here I am 300 down the drain and searching for a new office to go to.

Just came from there today. Tammy was phenomenal along with whole entire staff. Words cannot explain the patient services given there. To be honest it started up front with the receptionist and from there positive positive. Kendra-
