        Great hygienist and dentist. Very courteous and caring. Not pushy at all like my former dental office. So very glad I made this switch to this office. They have the latest state of the art equipments. A+

        I was recently in to this office as a new patient. I have had no issues in the past with previous dental offices in the area. I felt like they were scamming and trying to upsell things that were not necessary. I go to the dentist every 6 months to get regular cleanings and work done. The things they pointed out to me were of some understandable concern other things I have never in my life with the dentists Ive been to have been told that. I just wanted my regular cleaning that is covered by insurance and ended up paying $200 for some needed better cleaning. They numbed my mouth for cavity procedure (which I have never heard of a dental office insisting on taking care of a cavity procedure same day which thats great but this is my very first initial appointment) and then did the cleaning which was the fastest cleaning ever in my life. I was there for 3 plus hours not needed. I very much feel taken advantage of.

        I had excruciating pain due to tooth breaking in the gums. Called Ideal Dental of Clermont they got me quickly on a Saturday. The staff and doctor was very reasonable, patient, caring, respectful, kind and most of all the procedure was painless and quick. Best dentist I ever been too

Dr. Thien PhamS gentleness is unmatched and his personality is unique as a dentist ; one of a kind. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR TIME, HELP, bAND SERVICE. Also, Dr. Thien Phams and Ideal Dentals dental assistant was very helpful, patient and all around nice and polite; a caring person who always made me feel welcome and relaxed to be in their dental presence! Thank you ALWAYS!!!
