I needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Rosario and staff took the time to make sure that my tooth and mouth were taken care of on the eve of their office closing for vacation. So appreciative. I was a new patient and Rosario told me I have 2 cavities without fully examining my teeth. He looked in my mouth and told me that I have 2 cavities and left. I felt Rosario was not friendly and very abrupt. I was suspicious also because everyone happened to be walking out of the dentist surprised they have cavity. I got a second opinion through another dentist and turns out I have no cavities at all when Rosario said I had 2. Just a heads up if you go there and he says you have a cavity. Really strange how he would say this. It is obvious from xrays and a full examination if someone has a cavity or not.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Painless, on both the mouth and wallet. They wont try to up-sell on treatments you dont need. Thank you Dr. Rosario

I developed a fear of going to the dentist and struggled to find a practice that I felt comfortable with. My search was over, once I became a patient at New Age Dentistry. Dr Oscar Rosario is a consummate professional who takes great care with his patients. The dental hygienists and staff are excellent too! I have had several procedures done and I am so happy with results!

I had a new patient appointment 2 weeks ago where they scheduled me for a follow up appointment. Upon arriving at my follow up appointment the billing women called me to her desk to tell me that they have been having issues with getting paid by Cigna and they received a photo copy of a check today for my appointment 2 weeks ago from Cigna. She said that they are sure the check will bounce and they will not be paid from Cigna so instead they want me to up-front pay out of pocket for the visits (Both the first and follow up) and have Cigna reimburse me. I walked out as this is why I have insurance so I do not have to pay out of pocket. 2 hours later the Dentist calls me and is droning on and on about how he gets a $50 penalty fee if he tries to deposit this check that he would then have to put to me and how many times they have tried to fix this with Cigna. This is a New Age Dentistry problem that I have never heard of. I cleared my day for this appointment with no relief of my issue that brought me in in the first place. I would not recommend this practice.
