Meinhart Homes are the BEST! Helped me install a 4000 sq ft pad for a metal structure on our farm. Took care of everything from land clearing to concrete pouring. They even sprayed for termites even though that was not in our initial contract. I wanted to do the permitting myself to learn the process in Lake County, but ended up having to get tons of advice from Dylan who was a great resource! We are more than happy with the end result of the pad! If we ever get around to building our dream home, we are definitely using Meinhart Homes. We visited one of their multimillion dollar modern homes under construction, and the workmanship was impressive.
