The only people you should call to clean your chimney and vents. An entirely family endeavor, this LLC takes deep pride in their work and it shows. They spent a little over two hours cleaning out a terrible chimney that we inherited as new homeowners, took time to explain everything to us, and walked us through our options. They were not only punctual and professional, they left the area around the fireplace spotless. Excellent value for the price. We'll be referring Always a Sweep Chimney to anyone who needs a recommendation. Update (Feb. 2023): We later contracted this company to inspect a major leak around our chimney, (Feb.2022), which occurred due to insufficient flashing height installed by our roofers (during a new roof install. Joshua came out to inspect the leak, showed us how the failing flashing had caused the leak, spent time explaining us how to approach remediation. Then, they came out later to restore our chimney after the new flashing had been installed. We'll keep using this company for all of our chimney-related needs!

These guys are true professionals who love what they do. Brandy was so willing to help. I called her back the next day and she arranged for me to talk to Joshua. We had a lengthy talk and he came to my house to do the fireplace inspection and went over all the pros and cons of my different options. I am excited to continue to the next phase of this project with them! I am returning now that the project is complete and this is what I have to say: I had a very trying experience with hurricane repair, Insurance Company, damage to the chimney and roof. Josh not only gave five star service and repairs but also five star service in his help and support along the way in the insurance process. His people were the nicest and such a pleasure to have around. This is what every company should look like. When can you say, after going through hardship, "wow that was an amazing experience!" This is one of the best businesses I have worked with as an property investor. What I was most impressed about is that they treated me as if I was making a major purchase from them when I was only buying and installing an electronic fireplace for less than $1000. They followed up with me every day regarding product selection, scheduling, and working with my electricians. They are also extremely honest. When they saw a defect in one of the fireplace logs, they immediately notified me when they could have easily hidden the minor blemish without my knowledge (especially since I don't live in the area).
