Shoddy work and they wont stand behind their workmanship. I wouldnt recommend!!! The floor is coming up!!

Called 2 times for an appointment. Was told it would take 2-3 days to call me back. I called back a 3rd time and actually spoke to Everett in sales who said he was busy doing three things and would call back by the end of the day. Never called ! Sorry but I dont beg anyone to take my money. Called Marks Floors and made an appointment within two business days. I will never call Best Flooring again.

Totally mislead me on warranty. Do not trust what they tell you!! they told me the stain resistant carpet and pad was guaranteed against stains. First stain I got after 2 months, they told me the warranty didn't apply and I was on my own to deal with it. No offer to help other than to recommend a product to buy on Amazon to try and get the stain out.
