I'm a repeat customer and have enjoyed the vehicle selection, EXTREMELY polite and courteous staff, and the user-friendly hours and pick up / drop off options.         Have been using Avis for the past 8 years. We rent a vehicle to go on vacation every year. Online is always easy to navigate and make reservations online. Employees are always nice and helpful. Every vehicle we've ever rented has been very nice, clean, and accommodates all of our needs.
