Visited in July and Dr. Mary Beth was AMAZING! Sad she left.. but the front staffing area probably needs more training or need to go back to school and get a new degree. Ive been having issues with being refunded due to being overcharged twice the incorrect amount by the blonde Laura ? Process has taken over about 5 months going back and forth on the phone. Went in person in August , their accountant said shed process the order the same day we went in and it would take a month to receive . Great, still nothing so you must understand why Im upset. Staff seem to always be clueless as if they have no brain and just keep lying for fun lol. Please go else where

Over all its a decent place to have your womens care at. There is just one employee that I cannot deal with, an Asian MA, Ive had her twice and shes neglected what Ive told her twice in terms of causing me pain when applying pressure to my stomach to find my babys heart beat. Theres another MA that will move around the monitor to find the heartbeat and she is awesome! But this other one, just presses it deeper and deeper into my pregnant belly until I have to tell her to stop that it hurts.

DONT COME HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IM WARNING YOU The doctors here do not respect your decisions as a mother. You will feel like you have no say so in your own pregnancy! AT 36 weeks I was healthy and happy and came for a regular check up. The nurse at the end of the check up gave me a paper and said hey I just need you to sign this. She didnt explain what it was! I had to ask. She acted all nonchalant and said ohh its just to get induced this week we just need you to sign it. they never asked me if I wanted to get induced, or told me a reason as to why I might need to get induced they simply wanted me to agree to it! So I said no! Im 36 weeks its too early for the baby to come out. Why do you guys want to induce me ? They said ohh the babys on track to being a little in the bigger side. I said thats fine baby can be big I dont want an induction, I would like to make it to full tern. They said okay and made me sign a form to decline an induction. Before I leave my appointment doctor BETHANCOURT hope I spelled her last name right. She comes in to my room and is clearly very upset. Like a child it looked like she wasnt use to patients saying no or something! She gave me that impression with how she treated me. I asked her why she is mad. She told me that Im now at high risk of preeclampsia and that I should get the baby out. I said ohh first it was babys looking too big, now its that im at risk for preeclampsia? Yeah right! she was just saying random worst case scenarios to get me to say yes to an UNWANTED UNNECESSARY INDUCTION. All my test came out negative at the time so I didnt understand why she wants my baby out so bad. I told her I already signed a decline form and that Im firm on my decision because Im healthy and Im not gonna take baby out over something that hasnt happened. She was an extreme BULLY! She used scare tactics on me to try to get me to change my mind and went as far as telling me THAT IM GOING TO KILL MY BABY! if I dont listen to medical advice. I reminded her that I already signed the decline paper work so the conversation regarding an induction should have came to a stop. There was no proof of any health issues threatening my babys life so the extreme scare tactics, and bullying were absolutely disgusting! I told a friend of mine who went to this office as well what happened and how disgusted and horrible dr BETHANCOURT was to me and she expressed to me that she had experienced the same inappropriate behavior from this doctor as well! She used scare tactics, no plausible reason for wanted to induce my friend as well. It seems very shady! Dr. BETHANCOURT Was the worst of it at this offices. A lot of the other doctors were never really understanding, I felt like none of my needs or concerns were ever met. They are not sensitive or nice. I absolutely hated going to my check ups because I felt like I wasnt really cared about and I wanted my experience at an OBGYN to be good and exciting or at the very least tolerable. So if youre thinking about coming here. Think again. Go somewhere else with other doctors so might care more and who will be nice to you. As for dr. BETHANCOURT I should have reported you for being a freaking bully, abusing your power, and using scare tactics on me DO BETTER. If you keep doing what youre doing Im not sure how long youll have a job.
