Im a former resident of here and I was loving this community until I noticed that the parking spaces was a problem if you work late at night have in mind that you would have to park far from your building. I being on the waiting list and the office still refuse to give parking spaces to some residents but give it to other. So have in mind parking here suck.

Just want to shout out to the maintenance team for doing what they do trying their best always on time and willing to help especially Luis, the ladies at the office doing what they do especially Stephanie she's always helping and understanding and tries her best to make things comforting. As for Ashton Chase, my point of view is your really paying for the amenities grills, pool, gym and landscaping, it really looks nice compared to othe complexes. Rent is a bit high for basic apartments some upgrading of appliances would be nice. The biggest issues that concern me is the mold build up in the bathrooms and the rooms,the exhaust vents are not venting hard enough, when Temps are high the apartment is warm and the ac unit is constantly running because the Temps are not meeting it could be 73 outside and my tstat is set to 76 and still runs causing my electric bill to be high, being in the hvac field I know the condensers are small and does not have the right amount of btu's, it would help to have better insulation and a bigger condenser. It can be loud outside in the pool area at night with profanity music playing, we need more lighting in throught the area there's dark areas at night coming home late from work. Overall Ashton Chase Apartments are basically a roof over your head and a place to call home I have three kids and that's the important part. Ashton Chase can do alot better for the rent that is being paid or lower monthly rent and settle for what we have. I don't expect to stay no more until my son graduates high school, rent can be more affordable in a three bedroom home with two baths and a garage. But at the moment we'll just settle with what we have.

Ashton Chase is a quiet place to live. I haven't had any serious issues in 2 years that I have lived here. The office staff is curtious & the maintenance staff is responsive. Sadly, the rents are expensive & the exterior layout of the apartment is limited (i.e., no balcony or sitting area) therefore making it restrictive for relaxation outside the apt &/or grounds.
