I ordered a Screen Mounting system on Amazon which looked great and was exactly what I wanted except for one piece - the base of the unit had a small square inch plate fitted into the square tubing support beam - it was weak and tore right out of the square tubing when I mounted it onto my desk - this was due to cheap welding by the manufacturer. I searched for welding companies in Clearwater, Florida area and found Interstate Welding and Fabrication! I decided to ask them to weld the plate back into the square tubing and boy am I glad I did! They did such an excellent job of it and it was a super happy experience for me to take a drive and find their office. I avoided sending back the Amazon order and going down another searching exercise for a different solution. Interstate Welding and Fabrication over delivered on this one, thank you guys! I received a call to let me know the job was complete and I could collect the unit same day! Awesome service and response!! Thank you so much! Totally solved my problem and I'll be using them again for sure.

As a local business owner myself, I really wanted to keep my business local if possible. Therefore, I contacted Debbie on June 28th, 2018 for a fabrication quote for my business. At that time, I was asked send over an email, as well as any pictures I had, etc... Well, I did. Now fast forward to July 18th, 2018, and I contact Debbie wondering where the quote was, and why I had not been responded to in over 20 days, and to my surprise, I'm pushed to the back burner again, and was told it would be a few more days before I could receive a quote. This is a horrible picture of customer service, as well as a direct reflection of management. If I did my customers like this, I wouldn't be in business. I now understand why this company only has 2 google reviews (not counting mine now), and one of them is negative. Do yourself a favor, and find a company who wants the business, or at least better serves customers.

Interstate Welding made us these beautiful Stainless Steel countertops. We simply sent them the exact dimensions and they fit perfectly. I'm sure I will use them again for whatever my next metal needs are.
