I noticed a bolt in my rear tire after I stopped bc of a noise I was hearing. I called Mavis and Tire Kingdom. Both said they couldnt help me until the morning. I saw this place so I pulled in to try. They immediately got it fixed and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

Very rude this morning. I have this place for 10 years. I am a veteran, widow, and patient. I went Tuesday get tire fixed. Fast quick service. Removed a screw and plugged it. Great. Less than 24 hoursy tired was flat again. I know it could be another issue but you don't have to be rude about it. They were very rude and very very unprofessional. Was not pleased. I don't care if you hungover or if you're having a bad day customer service is the key to success in a business.

The diminutive fellow who served us clearly lacks the basic etiquette training required to serve clients properly. Im sure the owner is unaware of the negative impact this person has on his business. His blatant rudeness towards me was utterly uncalled for. Not to mention, he treated the female customer after us with the same level of disrespect. I noticed that other reviews had the same disrespect from this person. Thankfully, the other employee who actually did the work exhibited kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism, unlike his incompetent counterpart.
