This company did a nice job cleaning the grout in the first level floor tiles at my home in Tarpon Springs, but left the walk-in shower tiles looking worse than before the work was done. Would not recommend.

Franchise doesn't care. They never reached out. What a waste. I would have been better off not doing a thing. Was told I would be able to mop up stains fairly easy after having this done. Unfortunately I still need to scrub the grout very hard. I do gave dogs and that is the reason for the grout to be sealed. Then after a few months in some spots the sealer was coming up. They came back 2 times to try and resolve the issue. If this was not going to work because of my dogs they should have told me from the beginning, not after I complained. Just a waste of time and money. The customer service was good but the product was poor.
