        They dont return phones calls!!! I called and text Saturday in the morning and they answer me Tuesday telling me they just saw my text message at that moment. And the calls??? I text her Im at work I can call you work at 4pm and she agreed. I called at 4pm , 4:15 and 4:30 she answered to tell me if I can call later Obviously I dont called anymore. Bless his heart thanks VIVIAN

        When you really need help finding a job these are not the people to go too. They never respond to your messages. Was frustrated and reached out to the owner and never got a response. Very unprofessional company. Dont trust them.

        So I had someone call me from this company this week she spoke very fast... Said I'm calling from cst and I want to know if you want to come in to fill out an application? So I responded what Is cst? And what position is this regarding? Response given was a repeat of exactly what she just said only this time it included a huge huff like sound like I didn't hear what she said. So I said that huff like sound back( extremely annoying and unprofessional by the way). Followed by I asked you what the company was that was hiring? What do they do ? What is the job role or position that is hiring? And no answer just another huff and a repeat of the 1st sentence like I was annoying her and didn't hear her the first time? I said why would I come in to your company and apply for something I know nothing about? Not even what job id be applying for? Another huff like sound was given and again none of my questions were answered......so my response is you suck at your job I think I'll come in and apply for yours....thank you.....this state since COVID dealing with looking for work and living wages has been a total nightmare and on top of everything else these recruiters are dumb as bricks and annoying as F......

      I reviewed your file with C.S.T. dated 5/30/2023. You stated on the application that you were not available until 6/15/2023 because you were going on vacation. You posted your comment on 6/15/2023. I would think you would have called to let us know you were back in town and looking for summer employment. If you are interested in work, please give the office a call.

      Wygools Otul is not a name that is in our database of candidates. So not sure who you are or if you have even filled out an application with us. We are available 24/7 but our staff does have family obligations on the weekend as anyone does. I would think if your question and or conversation was that important or urgent to you to call on Saturday morning you would have called again later that same afternoon. If you did call on Tuesday at 4pm , 4:15 and 4:30, did it occur to you that she may have been on the phone with a client and/or another candidate? Based on your comments you didn't call her back later as asked. Again, Wygools Otul is not a name in our database to look further into these allegations.

      Brittany, I did respond to you. I did tell you I would get back to you. I was out-of-town and was not able to respond to you as quickly as you apparently wanted. C.S.T. Connection has been in business for over 25 years and do our very best to place quality people with companies we have been working with for years.

      Marie, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Because she was in training and probably nervous on the phone she may have presented herself awkwardly that gave you the impression of unprofessionalism. I'm sure when you started in your career it took you time to find your footing in your new endeavor. As with anything, practice and confidence will make the words flow smoother. She is not dumb as a brick, but someone who is learning a new skill and being chastised in a public forum for it. It is unfortunate that you would rather berate publicly rather than pick up the phone and speak to someone about your experience. Best of luck in your employment search.
