        I use it daily for personal communication for many things, the champ certified interpreters provided by Z understand me perfectly and facilities excellent communication between me and the hearing world. E-mail is just not as personal anymore, calling is the way to go. I had really bad experiences with Sorenson interpreters before, I jumped to text based relay to avoid VRS for a while. Someone convinced me to try out ZVRS and I've never looked back ever since... I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the interpreters briefly during "holding" moments. I've had no issues with Z5 Mobile on my android phone and tablet as I've never had a conversation interrupted because of video quality. ZVRS rocks!
