Really impressed with how responsive, upfront, and effective they were with my tax relief case. Great experience. Great result. Cannot thank Maddi at Pure Tax enough for her help and assistance in resolving my tax issue. From the initial discussion to the resolution I felt comfortable and confident in the guidance and strategies that Maddi and the Pure Tax team put together. To say my tax issue was complicated is an understatement. When Maddi and Pure Tax took over the issue was several years old as I had spent a couple years trying to resolve the issue myself. The issue spanned multiple years, included several amended returns, many many IRS notices and letters and a Federal Lien was already in place. Maddi untangled the mess and put together a strategy. When Covid and the IRS backlog caused more delays, rather than continuing to wait for the backlog to clear, she put together an alternative strategy that ultimately resulted in a very favorable result. Maddi kept me updated on a regular basis and her patience, professionalism and diligence in dealing with a super complicated situation was exemplary.
