      image [UPDATE SEPT. 2023] I'm rethinking my choice to call this business the "local go-to place" for secure, reliable document destruction and storage/archiving...While it is a Superb facility, their 30% fee increase to "cover inflation" is total B.S. ...show me how inflation in the U.S. over the past 3 years has risen to 30%.... the facility has not changed, their shredding methods or machinery haven't changed substantially, etc. HOW do they justify an increase of 30%???? they DON'T. And empty file boxes used to be free, and now cost about $4 a pop. Not good service for walk-ins, if you don't subscribe to an ongoing service plan. They clearly have a business model not centered on "service". I regret having previously given 5-stars. I'm reconsidering going there again for more shredding.

      Hi Steven. We appreciate honest reviews from all of our clients. Yes, our minimum walk-in price has increased from $35 to $50. We strive to keep our prices competitive for this area and still always provide the highest level of customer service.
