FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I'm really upset! I clearly stated no need for a signature, why could they not leave the package at the door??!?!! Now my son has to wait for his package 2 additional days..... I paid 20 bucks for a 6 day shipment! Ridiculous! Never again!

Go somewhere else! Terrible management! Brenda the Manager refused to ship my car key. Im new to the area and need my car so its critical I get my key shipped as its scheduled to be sent to FL. I had multiple photos of my drivers license and forms of ID. At the last minute she decided to say its not even a FL ID. Pretended to call her manager. Its FedEx not a franchise. Just horrible.

My wife and I had a huge challenge to get some printing done quickly. Honestly we didnt know the equipment that well, though I had been a customer at this location for numerous years . Every time I need help most of the staff at this location are very helpful, but one individual stood out head and shoulders above all others today!!!! His name was Phillip, I believe he is the Assistant Manager, he was incredible helping us accomplish our goals, he was very customer service oriented, but was also very organized, professional and courteous! He was awesome to both my wife and I, we got everything accomplished in record time and he was sooooo helpful, professional and kind!!!! THANK YOU Phillip!!! We will be back!!! Awesome store!!!

Worst experience. I asked for help from an EMPLOYEE WHO GETS PAID TO HELP PEOPLE. I asked if she could help me print certificate like papers. Her response was "take this and avoid the additional fees". I don't care about the additional fees, I want your help. No one was available to help so I never got what I wanted. Thanks fedex!
