        They do not follow the return policy found on their website. I bought a spool gun from them and used once and it jammed up multiple times. When I tried to return the faulty product they told me to sell the faulty spoolgun on facebook marketplace or Craigslist even though I had just bought it and they had a 30 day return policy on their website. Even when shown the policy on the website the employees were not willing to honor it.

        Would give 0. Insanely unhelpful, wont stand by a faulty product they sold me. Advised me to sell it on Craigslist or Facebook. No one at this location has been cooperative whatsoever. Refuses to honor their return or exchange policy.

        Had a 5lb C02 bottle exchanged here for home kegerator. Cost 41$. Little pricier then discussed on phone and with competitors. But struggled to find somewhere in the area to refill/exchange C02 bottles.
