I have known Callie Smith for many years, during the entire time she has worked in her current position in the administration at our condominium complex at HarbourSide, as well as for a few years prior to that when she was in another position here on the property. She has always done her job professionally, while managing to also be friendly. Not all people are able to do both things at the same time (and seem to think those are mutually exclusive.) Not Callie! She is helpful when residents need questions answered and provides direction, promptly and reliably. I really have a feeling that I can count on her.

Callie is the best! I am a part of yacht club and we keep her busy but she always ready to help. She shares many good ideas and we can always count on her! She does all this and still maintains the residents needs.

Updated. The hot tub is still broken. Stay away from this company they are 100 percent scammers. Complete scammers. Do not move in a neighborhood who is run by them. They take money and refuse to do any work. I live in Eiland Park Town Homes in Zephyrhills Florida. They are in charge of the community hot tub. Let me give you a break down of how many months and complaints made to them. 2/2/23 - work order filled out - broken hot tub 2/23/23 -still broken work order filled out 4/27/23 still broken work order filled out 9/14/23 still broken Emails complaint a small breakdown Feb 2nd - 23 Feb 15th - 23 feb 23rd - 23 march 2nd -23 april 12th - 23 june 16th -23 july 7th -23 aug 1th -23 Each date I wrote an email to them to try to get this resolved. I have given plenty of time for them to fix it As you can see they are scammers. Please report them. Further action will be taken
