Good afternoon Clifford,We are very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. We always strive to provide exactly what our customers are looking for. Your vinyl was printed to the specifications of the proof approved by your assistant, Danielle, who we explained that the proportions of the decal measurements could not be exactly as originally requested without distortion of your logo. Therefore, a proof was created as closely as we could get, with the measurements included to avoid any confusion. Once approved, we promptly completed the order with the exception of a color misprint on 1 piece, which we were more than happy to fix. You were also contacted on Sept 19th when the order was complete to arrange pickup or delivery, and we had to make subsequent calls and send emails after the fact due to receiving no response. We eventually made contact and setup pickup arrangements on Oct 12th, when payment was finally received.You demanded that the sizes of the decals be significantly changed after the approval and printing of the vinyl - which is not what the original order was and therefore is subject to new pricing.In our attempts to rectify your mistake, you now refuse to pay for the new vinyl after it was printed by the sizing and artwork that was provided by you - twice.We have both sets of your approved orders that you are more than welcome to pickup once all payments have been remitted.All correspondences with our customers are recorded and timestamped in case there are any questions in the timeline of your order process.Please feel free to stop by our store and satisfy your outstanding balance and pickup your vinyl.After reviewing the reviews you have left on other printing companies, it seems to us that you've had the same issue with multiple printers in the Tampa Bay area and have a history of providing misinformation only to demand a refund.Thank you!The Echo Blueprint Team
