I was under some pressure from my homeowners association which had threatened to begin fining me for my dirty driveway, largely because of an oil stain that I had been unable to remove. On a friend's recommendation I contacted Presidential Pressure Washing late on a Friday and scheduled them to come out the following Monday morning and clean the entire driveway. They also gave me a tip on how to pre-treat the stain. All I can say is, "Wow!" My driveway hasn't looked this nice in years and the homeowners association has closed the books on it. They are responsive and expeditious in completing their work. While cleaning my roofs' barrel tiles was my first priority, I was so impressed after meeting Richard that I immediately expanded this project to include cleaning and sealing my pavers. I have a multi-story home with dense foliage plants surrounding it; there is no evidence of any damage from the work done.
